TVFoodMaps - iPhone & iPad App
We are very excited to deliver TVFoodMaps for iPhone.
This is still a first version on the iPhone but we think it provides a lot of good value (especially since it's free).

This is your primary TVFoodMaps screen. From here you can switch to one of 4 tabs:
You can also use the "Shows" button to filter which shows your interested in showing. Your preference will be stored across uses of TVFoodMaps for iPhone.
For each row in the results you can click the row to get more information about a given restaurant. You'll see information about the location of the restaurants, it's phone # (direct dial by clicking), information about the show(s) it was on and even a YouTube video (for some places). There are also a number of "Action" buttons for getting directions, more info and sharing with friends. Try em out!

Running TVFoodMaps for iPhone
Once you start the application you will be prompted for a location. Enter any city,state you like. You then should see a screen like:This is your primary TVFoodMaps screen. From here you can switch to one of 4 tabs:
- GPS - The default tab, allows you to see the 25 closest restaurants from your favorite shows based on your current location or any location you specify.
- Map - Allows you to visualize the places on a map as well as search based on your map view.
- Settings - Right now there is just 1, a setting to determine if GPS should be used automatically on startup.
- About - Some basic information about TVFoodMaps.
GPS Screen
Your GPS search shows you the 25 closest results based on your current location or a location you enter. You can turn on/off the use of your phone's GPS to continuously update your location. You can also turn off the GPS and enter a specific location.You can also use the "Shows" button to filter which shows your interested in showing. Map Search
The map search allows you to use Google Maps to search for places. Just like the GPS mode you can manually set a location and filter shows. You can also pan or zoom the map and we'll automatically run a new search for you. Clicking on a result pin and the resulting information icon will bring you to a place page as well.
