Vesta Dipping Grill is one of those restaurants that doesn't really go out of style. [Eater 38 Member]
Try the new mahi mahi ceviche or pork tacos with a glass of white wine! mmm
Just get the recommended sauces with your dish. They really did pick the best ones.
Try several 'smaller' plates, one after another, and you might experience a "foodgasm" like I did!
The lamb ribs and cashew tuna poke are favs along with ALL of the entrees.
I highly recommend the cucumber saki martini!!
Everything at Vesta is impeccible. I highly reccomend the beef skewers, the lamb, the venison, and the berry caipirinha cocktail
