This is by far the Best Tavern in Boston. But make sure you come see Ali, she's hands down the friendliest/ best bartender. Others are def a step down.

One of the country's oldest bars, but don't expect to run into a ton of history buffs -- the fratty crowd holds court here most nights.
Oldest tavern in the US. Excellent barmaids and the beer selection is pretty decent.
