• Having only a few days in Charlotte I saved Dish for last and did it ROCK!!! Early dinner left plenty of time to chat with lots of the wonderful and freindly staff. Its comfortable surroundings and manicured comfort food menu are a total treat, like going to visit mom's house but with much better cooking! (sorry mom) I had the Parmesean Potato Poppers and they were Magical, the horseradish dill is perfect with this but they are just fine on their own. Then one of the best meatloafs (spicey cajun) and mac n cheese you can get in the entire USA. I was too stuffed for dessert but The chocolate pecan pie does sound amazing!!! Go here when in Charlotte. Dont miss this one or your tastebuds will kick your ass. • OMG! This place was yummy!! For app we had the deviled eggs (wonderful!), the bbq shrimp (kinda spicy but the bbq sauces were awesome) and fried green tomatoes (batter was super crispy and it came with a horseradish dill sauce very good!). For lunch we had the chicken salad with fresh fruit and potato salad (wonderful!!!x3), country fried steak and mac and cheese (awesome and delicious!) and the cajun meatloaf with mac and cheese (huge portion very tasty!). Service was excellent great atmosphere! we shared the chocolate pecan pie omg it should be renamed the chocolate pecan murder pie! • we went here with some friends from the are that were looking for something new. Dish is awesome! everything we got was superb, especially the meatloaf and the squash casserole. The biscuits melt in your mouth. I work highly recommend it, make sure you are not in a rush.
