FourSquare Tips
One of our favorite bakeries is launching an occasional Sunday supper with the chef from the Spotted Pig. The $45 prix fixe includes free beer and, of course, pie.
If salted caramel apple is on the menu GET IT. Best slice I've ever tasted.
Butter-crusted pies with fillings that are more hipster than Great Plains Grandma in style and substance. We adore their chocolate oatmeal pie, plus anything double-crusted with apple or rhubarb.
Village Voice is excited to have Four & Twenty Blackbirds at the 2012 Choice Eats food fest! Full list of restaurants here: http://ow.ly/8QjDQ
Bike over to this Third Avenue pie shop for a slice of tart lemon cream pie and a free tire tune-up.
Best pies I've ever had. They've got killer staples (pumpkin, apple, etc) and always some surprises. You can't go wrong dropping in for a slice and a coffee or grabbing a couple pies for a holiday,
One of our favorite bakeries of all time! Get the salted caramel apple pie to experience a little slice of Heaven.
Absolutely charming space, and the pie's not half-stepping, either! Lemon chess was genuinely delicious, the others good, and the spot is as pleasant a cafe as I've ever seen in Brooklyn!
Winner of Best Use of Nectarines in the Village Voice 2011 Best Of issue! The nectarine and blueberry pie is a perfect summertime treat.
Salted caramel apple pie. Don't ask questions, just do it.
