Where to Sit
If you don't have reservations, the communal wine table is reserved for walk-ins.
What to Drink
The wine list is massive, but the sommeliers are helpful without being snooty or resorting to upsells. Try the reasonably priced Domaine Boisson Massif D'Uchaux ($34), a versatile red that works well across the menu.
Private Rooms
Two private dining rooms can be booked for parties of 20 to 50 people.
FourSquare Tips
Solid food, an exciting wine program (choice bottles are served at cost weekly), and killer terrine. Hey, it's a Daniel Boulud joint, so what else would you expect? [Eater 38 Member]
Great food in a casual and elegant atmosphere. -Carmen Gonzalez, Top Chef
Lyonnaise bar food in an elegant setting, good for lunch or dinner before (or after) Lincoln Center. Terrific wines and amazing cured meats.
Daniel Boulud?s more casual bistro is worth a visit for the charcuterie and wine alone.

Bar Boulud is just the right amount of cool and casual without trying too hard to be trendy. We like how the wait staff is laidback yet perfectly professional, and the communal table adds to the fun.
The $29 pre-fixe brunch is excellent!
