Not impressed. Over priced. They rave about their 90 sec pizza but I thought crust was flimsy

Did not disappoint. The food was amazing and the waitstaff was very knowledgable and helpful. Had the traditional pizza which was great but the highlight was the fresh mozzarella. We had our kids with us and they brought out dough and let them make their own pizzas at the table! The peach bellinis were also a treat. Can't wait to go back without the kids!

San Antonio is one of those cities where I expect to find awesome restaurants and awesome food and, you know, for the most part every place I go to is real mediocre. That is, until Dough!! The place is real small, so you will have a healthy wait (worth it). Go mid-week, and you should be fine. The place is cozy but real nice. Good date place. So I'll get my one complaint out of the way: I saw the DDD segment and HAD to have the rollatini. Well, it's a "seasonal" item only available in the spring. Hey, owners -- once you show something like that on DDD, ya gotta offer it all year long!! Now, we had artisanal cheeses and olives which were delicious. As for the pizzas, we got the Pork Love and the Pu

Puttanesca pizzas. I fell in love with the Pork Love. The Puttanesca was delicious but I'll probably go for the sausage and rabe pizza next time (and there will be a next time!). We also got the barratta. When I told my wife that they take this homemade mozzarella and stuff it with more mozzarella (and marscapone, truffle oil and what-not) it flipped her lid. If the rollatini isn't available (seriously?!) then share a barratta. Glad I found an awesome go-to place in San Antonio -- can't wait to go back!%0A

The pizza oven at local chef Doug Horn?s popular pizzeria is an Italian import and the mozzarella bar offers fresh, handmade cheeses. An all-Italian wine list complements the food.
Phenominal food. "pizzeria" is way to pedistrian a name. 14 diff organic farmers and vendors. Highly suggest the as an Autumn Burrata appetizer followed by a custom pizza... that transends pizza.
Try the Antipasto. Divine cured meats, creamy cheeses. The perfect appetizer!
Everything here is delicious. Definitely grab a bottle of Italian red wine - perfect complement.
Order whatever the specials are, you will not be disappointed. We lucked out and had panna cotta that was amazing, along with the rest of our meal.
Pork Love and hand made mozz

Places is amazing, pizza comes out quick! Anything you order here is delicious. Also there wine menu is great, always go with the bottle I guarantee you enjoy more than one glass.
White Anchovies is the key.
The "Pork Love" pizza was one of the best pies I've had anywhere. Period.
