• We went on a Thursday night about 9:00. Five of us for burgers and beverages. The burgers were really good. The fries are fresh cut good but a little greasy. The beer was cold and came in HUGE 34 oz. mugs. Burger, Fries and a beer for under $10. Bring a Designated Driver. I will definitely go back next time I am in Duluth. (This is a good reason to go to Superior) I had read some reviews on another site and they all complained about the poor service and grumpy wait staff. I was actually a little disappointed that we had good service and the waitress wasn't grumpy. • I loved this place. Wished I lived closer as would like to visit more often. I love dive bars, and this place is king of those. And the nautical decor just adds to the vibe so much. Plus the interesting toppings on amazing burgers and prices that should make all McDonalds in Duluth/Superior area scared. I can't fathom how someone can go to McD's in Superior with this place in town. Stopped in for my May Minnesota Tripple D Roadtrip and I had the Olive Burger. And yes, I know is not in Minnesota, but Superior is hard to avoid if you're in Duluth espeacially if you're coming into Duluth from Wisconsin side.
