Been going since he opened , want to say terrible things so the wait is shorter. Get the Spindini ap and wise guy pizza and Dave as your server and consider it an amazing night. %0A

It's always packed, so its good to come early or expect to wait sometimes up to an hour or more. Located within the shadow of Bank One Ballpark, this means the restaurant is more crowded now than it was before.

Chris Bianco has opened a beer and wine bar in a restored craftsman house next door, a cozy place to wait for your table.

Housed in a brick building built in 1927, Bianco's is situated in the city's historic area.

It's a two-hour plus wait, but worth it. Consider it a Phoenix Bucket List item. Get the Rosa - you won't be disappointed.
2012 Best of Phoenix Winner: Best Gourmet Pizza! The wood-fired crusts are chewy and blistered in all the right places and come with crave-worthy toppings like fresh mozzarella & homemade sausages.
BEST. PIZZA. EVER. You can't go wrong with anything here. The Rosa is outstanding, however. If you don't get here early (the line is INSANE), come late in the evening, when it's easier to get a table.
The Rosa, topped with red onion, pistachios, rosemary, & Parmigiano-Reggiano, is rich, greasy from the buttery quality of the cheese, and so very good!
His crust is a hybrid of the classic, soft, leopard-spotted Neapolitan style and the crispy New York style.
Make sure to savor each bite because this seriously might be the best pizza you ever eat.
Don't come super hungry, you'll build it up as you wait. You could also drink next door at Bar Bianco.
