I've been going there for years and it use to be great. After being on these tv shows they jacked their prices up way to high and you get a lot less meat on the sandwiches then before. Very disappointing!

So if you are in the Baltimore area and you don't try this place you are wrong!! Amazing beef with the perfect smokey, beefy flavor. Go out of your way to find this place, but come early or be ready to stand in line. PS - It is worth standing in line just for the smell!!

Get the pit beef - a Baltimore standard. --Adam Richman, Man v Food Nation
Guy Fieri, host of Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, checked out Chaps Pit Beef, a great family-run joint serving classic sandwiches.
Whatever you do, make sure you put some fresh horseradish on your sandwich...but be forewarned, it's really strong (as it should be).
Don't let Guy Fieri's endorsement fool you. This place has the best pit beef in Baltimore.
THE RAVEN is awesome. don't forget the tiger sauce.
Get the Raven. Anything with their corned beef is phenomenal!

Try anything with Sausage. This place is really good.
You can watch all the meat being basted and cut behind the counter. Sandwiches start at $4.50 at this Polaski highway stop. Lots of sides available.
The BBQ is a must ... heyyy tasty.
