  • More on the food, Its an assembly line place like a 'subway or Chipotle. I was dissappointed that they were out of Bison Ribs but it didnt stop me from having the Chicken Taco from the "Guy's Menu" it was really tasty and different from tex mex. More than enough to eat the taco comes on a fried flat bread that was light tasty and perfect but you have to knife and fork it unless you are a fast eater. The music was a bit too loud and I had to say what a few times as the server built my taco. With that said I had here pile all sorts of unique and flavorful toppings and sat outside (away from the blasting tune-age) I hope this could turn into a national chain because I would break my chain restaurant ban to eat at this place again.   • Im working in Boulder this week and drove 25 miles to try this place and wow is the food terrific. Its a counter service place nothing fancy. The address on this site is wrong.
