The best fried chicken served family style for a real southern experience! It's worth the wait!
This pair of homes date from 1869. They were built in 1869 for Algernon Hartridge using mostly Greek Revival design with Italianate elements.www.architecturalsavannah.com
Wait in line, don't stop eating until you are uncomfortable.
You should come hungry. Do not plan to eat again that day. Maybe the next day too.
Worth the wait- make sure to come at least once when you visit Savannah!
Wait up to an hour outside. But gives u a chance to get to know ur neighbors b4 sharing a family style meal with them. CASH ONLY
Skip breakfast, get here at 10, wait til it opens at 11 and laugh at everyone else who turns up to join the 100-long line... Incredible fried chicken. WORTH THE WAIT! BELIEVE!
Don't wear a belt. Do make yourself sick.
A bit expensive ($18) but food is worth it. Get in line EARLY - we did at about 1135am, got let in at 115pm, on a Friday. Delicious Southern food, liked the tea even though I normally don't.
Some of the finest soul food in Savannah. The banana pudding is a must. Don't forget to pick up a copy of the cookbook on your way out so you can (try to) replicate some of the dishes at home.
