Another stop from my Minnesota Triple D roadtrip from May. Went for breakfast so tried the Flappers that were featured on show. Wow they were great. I got the full order as was $1 more then short stack and server at counter said no one can finish it. So kinda turned it into Man V. Food moment too. And I did finish it. The joint only seats about 16 people, but the wait is well worth it.

Be sure to try the light and fluffy flappers. Or if you're looking for something less sweet, the omelets are always fresh and grease-free.

Parking is always free right in front of the building.

The cook/owner, Bess does it all. Don't plan on lingering as it's tiny and folks will be eyeballing your spot. The marmalade jam, savory scones and egg sammies on homemade buscuits are my fave.

Delicious food. Limited seating, indeed. Flappers with apples, walnuts and brie area must. Roasted veggie omelet and house-made toast + jams = awesome.

I'm usually a breakfast sandwich man but I tried an omelet today and it was really good. Try the one with Sausage, Green Onion, Tomato, Cilantro & Pepper Jack Cheese. Tasty!
