Food is delicious but a bit pricey and portions are small.

You'd be crazy not to get the smoked pork belly. It blows the burnt ends out of the water. While you're here be sure to try one of their organic sodas and stick around for the free apple pie. Awesome.
Co-owner Matthew Katakis said it's first and foremost a butcher shop, with pork chops, ribs and burgers available from a meat counter. Inside, a sign reads: "We cook what we sell, sell what we cook."
The burnt ends are ah-mazing!
A big thanks to Teddy and Matt for flawless catering. 40lbs of mac n cheese, 20lbs of slaw, 20lbs of yams, and 100 corn cakes with the amazing honey butter. On point and ultimately delicious. Thanks!
If you're a first-timer, get the sampler platter with your choice of three meats -- it'll be enough to share with room for dessert, or can be dinner for one if you're really hungry.
Awesome macaroni and cheese!
The apple cake is, like everything else, perfection.
The burnt ends sandwich is great, not dry like some lesser briskets. Green beans are a delicious side, but could be a larger serving.
Good is great! But the service is pretty bad. Maybe they are still working out kinks. Also it's BYOB.
The pulled pork is to fucking DIE for! They even gave me free apple cake
