• I went to Bill's on a referral. I was amazed at the size of the burgers!!! The fries are old fashion too! Once i got back to my destination I opened up the sack, looked inside and was upset. They made my order wrong. I was too far away to take it back on a lunch break, so now I'm suck with food that I didn't order on lunch. I called to let them know and to see what could be done to fix the situation. The woman on the phone said "well I'm sorry...I don't know what you want me to do." I told her that I should have some sort of recourse and she said I'm not giving you free food. I explained that I only wanted what I paid for. I asked to speak to the manager and she put the phone down. I could hear them talking and to my surprise I heard someone say, "I think it's that NIGGER that was in here earlier." I couldn't believe it! This is 2012. I would think that a business owner would only see green, and not black and white. I told him that I couldn't be back, and that I would share my story.
