• This one of a kind bistro and cheese shop is a setting out of Old Quebec or a little hole in the wall of France. With its fine selection of cheeses tour compliment the wine and an out of the park grilled cheese. This mouth waterer of a sandwich has four different types of cheeses and chuncks, not bits, chunks of bacon. • Truly the best Mac n cheese I have ever had. I also had one of the best cheeseburgers in my life. Cooked to perfection and covered with wonderful aged Gouda. Even the French fries were outstanding. You have to use the aioli that comes with them. People here what I say, if you come to New Haven CT.
