Only one of two coal-oven places in NYC that sells by the slice (the other is Sac's in Astoria) -- over in the small take-out shop near the corner. I prefer the whole plain pie with regular mozzarella
I can't even eat regular pizza anymore--Patsy's has spoiled me. The thin crust, the cheese, the sauce! So good you can eat a whole pie and not feel guilty. GO HERE! You will not regret it...

It's awesome. Go. Regular and fresh mozzarella are both good, and you can order pies or slices. Cash only.
The Rat Pack used to gamble in Patsy's backroom until the early hours. Even Ol' Blue Eyes knew where to find the best NY pizza.
Go here and have the greatest slice of pizza that the hand of man has ever crafted.
This is the original Patsy's, unaffiliated with the rest in the city. Their coal oven pizzas are the closest to what I've had in Italy. Absolutely delicious.
