Thursday nights at Rio Rita features the Arts and Drafts event, where local crafters are welcome to bring their current projects for advice and friendly conversation (starts at 7pm).
What to Drink
If it's a coffeeshop you're after, Rio Rita's house blended coffees are tasty and well made. After dark, you can still order your caffeine fix, but most opt for something from the full bar, bottled beer or wine by the glass.

Best bloody mary in town. Easy.
Maybe the reason why the Bloody Marys here are quite literally the bomb is because they're made with habanero tequila.
their hot toddy is out of this world. they use the aforementioned clove infused bourbon and do everything else perfectly. delicious.
A daytime coffee shop evolves into a comfortable bar after dark, offering fabulous drinks and a party-garage vibe. The Bloody Mary ? deliciously pickled, rimmed with Creole seasoning ? is a must.
Anything with Aaron's infusions is great. The serrano and pineapple infused cachaca is my favorite.
