The single best thing to happen to Seattle dining in the last year was the launch of this stark, lively shot of Korean-Asian street food in Fremont: brainchild of chefs Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi.
One of our favorite restaurants -- try the pork-belly pancakes, duck-meatball noodles or housemade ramen!
try the short ribs dumplings. nom nom nom.
Sit outdoors when the weather permits, sip on a house made soda and try the BBQ goods from the grill. Scrumptious!

try the desserts! if you're adventurous, the chocolate chip chili icecream cookie. Traditionally good is the vanilla coffee icecream cookie.
Try brunch. It is something really really special and not the normal breakfast food.
The short rib dumplings are one of my top five favorite dishes in Seattle. Amazing.
